Our Rosevale Lentil, Shredded Chicken and Spinach Soup puts health at the forefront.
The homey smell of pearl barley, the earthy taste of lentils and the slight tang of celery create the perfect balance in this soup, which makes it one of our favourite lentil recipes we’ve ever created.
Sauté the garlic and onion in a large pot. Once soft, add all veggies and cook for 5 minutes.
Add bone broth paste and stir. Add stock, barley, and our Rosevale lentils. Allow to simmer until lentils and barley are soft. Add the extra water if needed. Enjoy! You could add meat to this too, or any other vegetables that are in the fridge!
